A potential Canada Post service disruption could begin in late May, delaying mail and cheque payments. Direct deposit payments and electronic communications through myOMERS would not be impacted. To access or submit your electronic communications or switch your pension payment method to direct deposit, please sign in or register for a myOMERS account. We are actively monitoring the situation and will keep you updated.

e-access: Our employer portal
Key features in e-access make it easier to administer the OMERS Plan:
e-correspondence: Send and receive e-correspondence to ask questions, send attachments and provide OMERS with requested follow-up information.
Filing and batch processing: Import member information directly into e-access and submit requests in batches such as annual reporting or leave processing.
Data extracts: Download membership information directly from e-access for cross-referencing OMERS data against your payroll.
