OMERS and Oxford Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) reflect the diverse communities and cultures enriching our organization. ERGs are part of the foundation of our inclusive culture, supporting all our people, creating a community, building awareness, education and allyship, and celebrating our sense of belonging.
