During the pandemic, people have had to change their workout routines and many have incorporated outdoor activities such as walks on trails or through parks with their pets, friends and family as part of their regular regime. Forest therapy or "forest bathing" which originated in Japan, helps with mental health, circulation and is a positive boost to the immune system.
