OMERS Celine Chiovitti named to Elite Women 2026 list

Celine Chiovitti, OMERS Chief Pension Officer, was recently named to Benefits and Pensions Monitor's Elite Women 2026 list.
The publication cited that “Under her leadership, [OMERS] is committed to maintaining a world-class pension platform in a complex stakeholder environment with 1,000+ employers and over 30 unions and associations… delivering exceptional services, innovative tools and prudential pension administration for... 665,000 members.”
Prior to joining OMERS in 2013, Chiovitti spent her career in public service, including as a division head at the City of Toronto, where she was responsible for pension, payroll, and benefits delivery for over 35,000 employees. Her career has been focused on service and the fundamental belief in the value of well-run pension systems and the positive impact they have on society.
She has previously been ranked one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by the Women’s Executive Network and was named to Benefits and Pensions Monitor’s 2024 Hot List.
