OMERS sends pensioner verification letters
At OMERS, our mandate is to provide secure and sustainable pension payments to our pensioners. In order to protect the pension fund from overpayments and ensure that we are paying benefits to eligible pensioners, we send out pensioner verification letters.
From June to August 2018, OMERS will be sending letters to randomly selected retirees and others receiving an OMERS pension.
If you receive a letter from OMERS asking for confirmation that you are alive, please complete and sign the form and return it to OMERS as soon as possible.
