OMERS launches season three of The Pension Blueprint podcast
OMERS is proud to launch season three of The Pension Blueprint podcast.
This season dives deeper into topics that matter most to members of all ages, employers, sponsors and stakeholders. Season three is designed with the next generation in mind—delivering relevant insights through a format that resonates with younger members and encourages them to think about their financial future.
“By 2034, Millennials and Gen Z will represent over 74% of our contributing active OMERS member base. With podcasts now the top media channel for young Canadians, The Pension Blueprint helps us inform, inspire and engage our members,” said OMERS Chief Pension Officer Celine Chiovitti. “We are committed to meeting our members where they are, adapting our outreach to reflect their preferences and maximizing engagement.”
Building on the success of previous seasons, season three of The Pension Blueprint will feature bold conversations with OMERS leadership and a range of other guests. This season showcases the value of the Plan and highlights the long-term thinking behind our pension promise.

OMERS was among the first large Canadian pension plans to introduce a podcast aimed at engaging members. Listenership increased by 35% in season two. The Pension Blueprint is available on widely used Canadian platforms, including Spotify and Apple.
