OMERS and Oxford Properties are proud to be ranked in the Top 10 Best Workplaces™ in Canada!

In a competitive field of major Canadian companies, OMERS and Oxford have been recognized as #7 on this year’s Best Workplaces™ list compiled by the Great Place To Work® Institute. This is the first year that OMERS and Oxford have been in the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Canada and the fourth year they have earned a spot in the Top 50 list.

This recognition underscores OMERS commitment to fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work environment for its people. Enthusiasm for this employer environment is clear with 91% of our valued people confirming OMERS and Oxford are great places to work compared with 60% of employees at a typical Canadian organization.
