The OMERS Pension Education & Relationship Management team was delighted to host our second annual Employer Education Week. The virtual conference took place the week of October 25 and featured something for everyone!
Sessions covered everything from popular administration topics to our investment entities, and featured OMERS and Oxford senior leaders who shared how we’re investing on behalf of our members.

OMERS Sponsors Corporation (SC) Update
Understanding how the OMERS Pension Plan works is important to any senior municipal official. The Sponsor’s Corporation (SC) will provide an overview of their mandate as it relates to their three main obligations under the OMERS Act: appointments to both the AC and SC Boards, setting contributions and determining benefits. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
