Appointment of Independent Advisor
The Chair of the Human Resources Committee (“HRC”) outlined the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and selection process for the Independent Compensation Advisor. RFPs were issued to five candidates of whom three candidates were invited to make presentations to a panel.
Following a thorough selection process, the HRC approved the appointment of Hugessen Consulting as its independent compensation advisor. The HRC authorized the Chair of the Committee to negotiate and finalize the terms of a satisfactory engagement agreement, with the support and assistance of the Senior Vice President, People and Culture.
