Private Market: Portfolio Snapshot
IndInfravit
OMERS has an interest in IndInfravit Trust, which holds a portfolio of 13 operational toll road concessions in India. The roads operate in some of India’s most economically vibrant states and support the country’s growing economy.
Transgrid
OMERS Infrastructure invested in Transgrid in 2020. Transgrid operates and manages a high voltage electricity transmission network that connects key Australian generators, distributors and major end users.
Oxford Investa Property Partnership
In 2018, Oxford Properties launched a successful take-private bid for the 19-property, ASX-listed Investa Office Fund, now Oxford Investa Property Partnership (‘OIPP’). Oxford further strengthened the partnership in November 2020 by acquiring a 50% interest in Investa Office Management.
