Mr. Hutcheson is one of Canada's leading real estate executives and entrepreneurs. He is responsible for achieving Oxford's goals and executing its long-term business strategy. He will also play a vital role in establishing and maintaining Oxford's relationships with key partners in markets around the world.
Most recently he was the Head of Global Real Estate with Mount Kellett Capital Management, a New York-based private equity firm with offices in key locations around the globe. Prior to that, as President of the Canadian, Latin American, and Mexican operations for CB Richard Ellis, the world's largest real estate services company, he was integral in driving growth and diversification in several markets and business lines.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Hutcheson also completed a Graduate diploma in International and Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
