Survey results based on employee feedback; company ranks 33rd
TORONTO (November 7, 2013) — A focus on leadership development and employee engagement has earned the OMERS Enterprise recognition as a Best Employer in Canada for the sixth consecutive year.
The list of 50 winning workplaces was compiled by Aon Hewitt after reviewing employee engagement levels at more than 280 organizations and about 280,000 employee survey responses. The ratings are based on employee feedback and the results were announced in the November 7th edition of Maclean’s magazine that hit the stands today.
