Administration Corporation

The new OMERS Act continued the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Board as the OMERS Administration Corporation, responsible for pension services and administration, investments, and plan valuation.

The Administration Corporation Board of Directors is comprised of 14 voting members made up of an equal number of member and employer representatives. Appointments to the AC Board are made by the OMERS Sponsors Corporation.
