Administration Corporation

The new OMERS Act continues the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Board as the OMERS Administration Corporation, responsible for pension services and administration, investments, and plan valuation.

The Administration Corporation Board of Directors will be comprised of 14 voting members made up of an equal number of member and employer representatives and initially appointed by the Ontario government, for up to 3 years.
