It is provided to members joining the Supplemental Plan, and may be of interest to eligible members and employers considering a Supplemental Plan benefit.

Contribution rates in handbook are historic
Supplemental Plan contribution rates and contribution examples are based on the contribution rates in effect at the time the Supplemental Plan was established. These rates are now historic. Bargaining groups and employers should contact OMERS Client Services.
Supplemental Plan benefits are not automatically provided. Employers can set up Supplemental Plan coverage for a class or classes of members in the police sector, firefighters and paramedics.
