About Corporate Governance

We vote proxies diligently in accordance with specific guidelines that we believe will optimize the long-term value of our investments.

Our Proxy Voting Guidelines set out our policy on corporate governance matters and indicate how we will likely vote on individual issues. We consider the quality of a company’s overall governance in deciding whether to vote for or against specific proposals. Votes are cast against those proposals we feel would dilute shareholder value.

Proxy votes in 2007
