Michael Nobrega Michael Nobrega was appointed President and CEO of OMERS, effective March 12, 2007. He also served as Chief Investment Officer until December 31, 2009. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Nobrega was President and CEO of Borealis Infrastructure, which he launched in 1998. Mr. Nobrega is a former president of a merchant bank and partner at an international accounting firm. He earned an Honours B.A. (Economics and Mathematics) from the University of Toronto, where, in 2002, he was honoured with the Arbour Award for outstanding community service. A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Nobrega was named a Fellow of the Institute by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2009 — the highest designation the Institute confers and which recognizes outstanding career achievements as well as excellence in service to the community and the profession. |

Michael Latimer Michael Latimer has led Oxford Properties Group as President and CEO since December 2003. As of January 1, 2010, Mr. Latimer assumed the role of OMERS Chief Investment Officer. While at Oxford, Mr. Latimer set the organization’s long-term goals and led the executive management team in developing the strategy for meeting those goals. He also played a vital role in establishing and maintaining Oxford’s relationships with key partners in markets around the world. Mr. Latimer was also President and CEO at Primaris Retail REIT from 2003 to 2009. Before joining Oxford, Mr. Latimer was Chief Operating Officer of Borealis Capital Corporation. Mr. Latimer's corporate career spans both the private and public markets, commencing with the corporate office of George Weston Limited, followed by Nu-West Development Corporation, Canderel Limited, TrizecHahn Limited, and OMERS Realty Corporation. Mr. Latimer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from McMaster University. |

Jennifer Brown Jennifer Brown joined OMERS in July 2001. She was appointed Senior Vice President Pensions in December 2005 and Chief Pension Officer in August 2008. Ms. Brown has 20 years of pension administration and policy experience across the public and private sectors. Ms. Brown has held management positions with the Ontario government where she was responsible for strategic policy direction in pensions and employee benefits. She also served as Chair of OPSEU Pension Trust. Ms. Brown’s experience in pensions and benefits includes Unisys Canada Inc. and Abitibi Consolidated Inc. In August 2009, Ms. Brown was appointed to the Advisory Council on Pensions and Retirement Income by the Ontario Minister of Finance. |

Blair Cowper-Smith Before joining OMERS, Blair Cowper-Smith was a senior partner at McCarthy Tétrault, where he practiced primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions and governance. Mr. Cowper-Smith provided legal advice to OMERS and its businesses on a wide range of projects, including governance matters. Mr. Cowper-Smith holds a Bachelors and Master degrees in law from Osgoode Hall Law School. At OMERS, Mr. Cowper-Smith today is involved in strategy, law and governance. |

Patrick Crowley Patrick Crowley joined OMERS in December 2006 and brings a solid combination of strategic and financial leadership. Prior to joining OMERS, Mr. Crowley was CFO of ATI Technologies Inc. Before that, he was CFO at Canada Life Financial Corporation, Molson Inc., Abitibi Consolidated Inc., and Everfresh Beverages Inc. Mr. Crowley is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant. In 2005, he completed the Directors Education Program offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management and holds the designation of ICD.D. |

John Macdonald John Macdonald was appointed Chief Operating Officer in April 2007. In this role, Mr. Macdonald is responsible for five broad areas of the organization: Corporate Communications, Information Technology, Business Services, Corporate Projects and Corporate Development, which includes assistance and relationship management with OMERS Sponsors Corporation. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Macdonald served for three years as Executive Vice President for corporate strategy and services at Oxford Properties Group. He was Senior Vice President, Investment & Finance with OMERS Realty Management Corp. (previously Hammerson Canada Inc.) and was responsible for a number of areas including investment activities, organizational and strategic management, as well as finance, technology and administrative matters. Before joining OMERS, Mr. Macdonald served as Senior Vice President, Finance, and Treasurer with The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited. |

James Donegan James Donegan was appointed President and CEO of OMERS Capital Markets in September 2007 and is responsible for overseeing OMERS portfolio of public market investments. Mr. Donegan joined OMERS in 1994 as Senior Analyst, External Funds. In 1997 he assumed responsibility for the External Funds Department. In 2006, he was made Vice President, Active Equities and assigned responsibility for all active equity portfolios managed externally and internally at OMERS. Prior to joining OMERS he spent nine years working for investment dealers conducting research as an economist and portfolio strategist. Mr. Donegan received his BA (Economics) from Carleton University and his MA (Economics) from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the Toronto CFA Society. |

| Blake Hutcheson President and CEO, Oxford Properties Group Blake Hutcheson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Properties Group, the investment and management arm of OMERS global real estate portfolio, effective February 1, 2010. Mr. Hutcheson is one of Canada’s leading real estate executives and entrepreneurs. He is responsible for achieving Oxford’s goals and executing its long-term business strategy. He will also play a vital role in establishing and maintaining Oxford’s relationships with key partners in markets around the world. Most recently he was the Head of Global Real Estate with Mount Kellett Capital Management, a New York-based private equity firm with offices in key locations around the globe. Prior to that, as President of the Canadian, Latin American, and Mexican operations for CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest real estate services company, he was integral in driving growth and diversification in several markets and business lines. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Hutcheson also completed a Graduate diploma in International and Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. |

Paul G. Renaud Paul Renaud was appointed President and CEO of OMERS Private Equity in May 2006. He leads an experienced, talented and dedicated private equity team with backgrounds in operations management, financial analyses and accounting, investment banking and law. Before that, Mr. Renaud was OMERS Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He successfully transformed the role of CFO to that of an active participant in setting the strategic direction and evaluating investment decisions across all investment businesses. He has instituted several processes to improve the operational efficiency and financial reporting within the Finance & Administration function. Mr. Renaud spent 13 years as CFO of CAE, a global supplier of simulation and training products and services operating in more than 15 countries. Mr. Renaud’s responsibilities included financial reporting, strategy and risk management, and merger and acquisition (M&A) activities. During his career at CAE, he led more than 25 M&A transactions. |

Michael Rolland As President and CEO of Borealis, Michael Rolland leads one of Canada’s most innovative infrastructure investment teams. Before his appointment, in March 2007, he held the position of Senior Vice President at Borealis, where he developed the unique financing structures for the new William Osler Health Centre in Brampton and the redevelopment of the Royal Ottawa Hospital project. He also directed Borealis’ investment in Extendicare (Canada) and led the purchase of MDS Diagnostics by Borealis. Prior to joining Borealis, Mr. Rolland was a Director at a private financial advisory firm where he was responsible for leading the corporate and structured financing practice. He also spent six years as a Director and senior member of a large investment banking group with one of Canada’s largest non-banking lenders developing creative financing structures in the public sector. A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Rolland also holds an Honours Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. |

Jacques Demers Jacques Demers became President and Chief Executive Officer of OMERS Strategic Investments commencing on January 1, 2009. Mr. Demers plays a key role in the continuing evolution of OMERS into a global investment institution alongside major international capital pools. Under his leadership, OMERS Strategic Investments is building long-term relationships with both like-minded investment and industry partners to invest capital alongside OMERS and to source and create attractive investment opportunities. Previously, Mr. Demers enjoyed an extremely accomplished career as a corporate and finance lawyer, both domestically and internationally. In addition, he co-founded one of Canada’s most respected business law firms and has served in various leadership roles within his firm and for corporate and non-profit boards. |
