Compensation Philosophy

We offer competitive base salaries and incentive compensation to all our employees.  Our total rewards package focuses on incentive pay because we have a strong commitment to rewarding achievement.  We operate on the principle that base salary will be paid at the median of our external market and industry comparator groups. OMERS incentive programs will pay in the top 25% of our comparator group when superior performance and results are achieved.
